Went to Steamers Clam Bar & Grill for a late birthday dinner for my husband. They have moved to 2nd Street Cafe 434 2nd Street, Cedar Key Florida. This is the first time that we were able to get back to Cedar Key. We love their Fish & Chips with fries and their unbelievably fantastic Cole Slaw. Also got our second favorite (for our appetizer) Crab stuffed mushrooms! 6 big, hearty crab stuffed mushroom covered with melted cheese!!!!!!!!!! Our server was Riley and she took great care of us. Helped us bag our to-go's. We didn't finished everything-it was great, but we don't eat as much as when we were younger. So we have a meal for tomorrow. I can't beat that! Hurricane Helene did a number on the island. But there are lots of businesses open, some new, some old. They are rebuilding as fast as possible. So visit and you will be helping the island and give yourself a treat!

First time ever trying low country boil. Im not a big seafood fan, but this has me hooked!! If youre in cedar key, stop by and try it, you won't be disappointed!

This 7th Generation Floridian will swear on a Bible, on a gator's back, in the swamp, this is truly the BEST Fish Dip you will find anywhere! Wonderful blend of fish, while maintaining the rich smokey flavor without adding too much of anything else (except perhaps for that additional smattering of hot sauce). I even take some to take back home to share with my less fortunate friends that can't make it over to Cedar Key!

We both had a side salad, with a bowl of coconut shrimp and a bowl of clams. So nice to enjoy fresh seafood. The waitress and hostess were very friendly with an upbeat restaurant atmosphere. We will be back this week. Ravenna, Michigan
